Nutritional Plans

Our plans cover macronutrients, micronutrients, hydration intakes, nutritional requirements, cooking methods, food combinations and supplements to help you achieve a balanced healthy diet and/or sports and exercise nutritional goal.  There are also plans that cater for those that follow a vegan diet and also for those that have intolerances.  Each plan is adapted for male and female requirements.

Whether you are looking to improve your overall health, improve sporting performance or gain muscle mass, our Nutritional Plans have something for you. You can trust that our plans will provide you with the right nutritional support to achieve your desired outcomes.

For these plans you will fill in a nutritional assessment readiness (NARQ) questionnaire (online) which will bring to light your nutritional goals as well as any potential allergens. Nutritional assessment is the process of collecting and interpreting information so that a registered nutritionist can make decisions about nutrition related issues.  You will also be given a list of all the major food groups (online) where you will choose likes and dislikes.  This will help the registered nutritionist plan your diet whilst keeping it person centred.  When it is person centred and when the client has autonomy it is more likely to work in the long term so you can maintain your dietary lifestyle change.  This is a one-off service where the registered nutritionist will make your seven-day nutritional plan (usually one week turnaround) that is unique and individual to you.  There are no additional online consultations above and beyond the initial consultation and conclusion of the diet plan (i.e. going through it with you when it is finished).  This plan requires two online video calls.  If you require support and more effective communication the 12-week plan would be advised.  Contact us today to arrange an online consultation to start your journey towards your goals.
