Mixed diet (Omnivore)

This nutritional plan will provide a balanced diet and protect against malnutrition.  It is for those that follow a mixed or ‘’Omnivore’’ diet.  Healthy eating is about having a balance of different foods and nutrients in the diet for good health and wellbeing.  It’s not about dieting.  If you have an unhealthy diet and consume too many foods that are high in fat, sugar and salt (HFSS) then this plan is for you.  This nutritional plan is balanced and strategically planned by a registered public health nutritionist.  This plan requires an online consultation at the start to fill in some forms as well as one at the end to go through the plan when it is finished.
