Cookery Demos

Cooking demonstrations are useful tools that show athletes quick and easy ways to prepare meals.  This can cover a mixed or omnivore diet, vegetarian, vegan or lactose intolerance dietary approaches.  Many athletes struggle to translate fuelling and recovery into the food that they eat due to inadequate knowledge or cooking skills.  The team cookery demonstrations focus on putting together meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks as well as fluid and hydration strategies that link with sports performance so they are easy to reproduce at home.  The meal ideas are demonstrated by a registered sports and exercise nutritionist that is qualified with a Level 2 NVQ diploma in professional cookery.  Time approx. one hour.  The team must provide a suitable kitchen for demonstrations.  The cookery demos can be done for non-athletes too.

Cost £100 for one hour which includes foods and condiments.  For additional hour it’s an extra £35.
