Team field-based sport packages (Gaelic football, rugby, soccer, hockey)
Bring your team to the next level. The team field-based sports package covers sports nutrition recommendations (SNR’s) for nutrients, hydration guidelines and sports supplements for your chosen sport. Team field-based sports make multiple demands (speed, power, strength, endurance, cognitive) on players. The energetic demands of team field-based sports will require sufficient nutrition along with an adequate hydration status. Failure in planning of this could result in reduced performance on field. This team field sport package is three hours long and is usually carried out over multiple weeks by a registered sports and exercise nutritionist through face-to-face PowerPoint presentations. The team will need to have their own space and/or clubhouse facilities to deliver. A sample nutritional plan will also be provided to your team to help with dietary choices. This can also be done for other team field-based sports like cricket or individual sports (boxing, tennis, swimming, dance) of your choice.
